     The first important step is recording an evaluating your health history. Consultation indicates for both doctor and patient what options are to be explored. Dr. Alex will sit down with you and review your completed intake form. You can down load the New Patient intake form right here from this website. Completing the intake form at home will save you time.
     Your examination will be thoughough and may include various tests to help us completely understand your condition. To relieve pain and hasten your return to health are our primary objectives.
     An x-ray is like a life-sized blueprint. When views are neccessary, state-of-the-art equipment is used. We look more than just disease, and after this possibility is eliminated, the structure and the alignment (subluxations) are assessed. You are welcome to bring previous films with you for comparison.
This first visit is about gathering information, Finding out what is going on, and making sure you are in the right place to get the care you need. Dr. Alex needs some time to develop your x-rays, organize, analyze, and evaluate the information he has collected.

A private appointment during non-adjusting hours will be scheduled so you will have Dr. Alex's undivided focus. He will discuss with you at that time.

  1. What is going with you
  2. Whether he thinks he can help you or not.
  3. If he thinks he can help you, then, what it will take to get you better.
  4. What it will cost.
